Landmark Community Bank helped with with two (2) loans in the past month. Their service was extremely above-average and far beyond that of numerous other local banks with whom I was able to do a side-by-side comparison, insofar as I had other loan applications being processed by other banks at the same time. Landmark was the best. Specifically, I'll give a "shout-out" to Dani Posloncec Farrell and John Karavis, both of whom worked, even on weekends and evenings, to deliver loan approvals quickly and efficiently. I don’t know how many hours were put in to accomplish this enormous task, but your team should be commended, because without their efforts, every small business that reached out to you would not have been able to proceed. The Branch Managers and Commercial Team sent, via email, a loan package that was required to be emailed back, along with the applicable attachments; I’m not sure how much easier it could have been. Dear Loyal Landmark Customers,

In an effort to protect our customers and employees by participating in the recommended social distancing, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 all banking transactions will be handled through our drive-through facilities or by appointment. Our hours of operations remain the same for the convenience of our customers.

Customers are also strongly encouraged to take advantage of our self-service banking options, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking (1-866-255-4188). These 24/7 services allow you to view account information, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks (mobile), as well as, find the nearest ATM.

We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action as the situation evolves.
