I am writing today regarding loan officer, Dave Wintermute. Dave has been my loan officer for my loan with Landmark for the last few years. He has always been very professional and very prompt in answering questions and helping with various matters. As a customer at the Hazleton branch and a business owner during COVID-19, I reached out to Dave regarding the Payroll Protection Program (PPP). Dave explained the whole PPP process and helped me gather all the necessary information to complete my PPP application, and I was approved for the loan, which was HUGE for me!! Landmark Community Bank helped with with two (2) loans in the past month. Their service was extremely above-average and far beyond that of numerous other local banks with whom I was able to do a side-by-side comparison, insofar as I had other loan applications being processed by other banks at the same time.
