Landmark Community Bank offers a variety of home equity and personal loans.

Home Equity Loans

You can use the equity in your home for home improvements, college tuition, vacations or to consolidate credit card balances.

Term Loans

Home Equity Term loans provide a fixed amount of money at a fixed rate of interest repayable over a fixed term.

Home Equity Lines of Credit

Thinking about finally tackling that remodeling project, installing a pool for your family or taking a vacation that will give you forever memories? Discover your home’s potential with a Home Equity Line of Credit from Landmark Community Bank. Home Equity Lines of Credit provide an approved credit limit, under which you may borrow, repay and re-borrow for your specific purposes at a variable rate of interest.

Personal Loans

Landmark Community Bank offers a broad range of personal loans to meet your needs. We provide prompt service and generally provide a response within 24 hours from the time of your application.
